i put my money on mccain until he breaks something and then i would put on Barr because he seems just a little off to me.

As a card-carrying Libertarian, I can tell you that Barr would win, because he is almost certainly packing, and as a previous poster pointed out, he is a little off.
At least those are the reasons I would win if I was the Libertarian fighting those two.
