its a sad situation right now, a lot of honest people are getting ripped off during these desperate times. Little do they know they get more out of a local pawnshop than cash4gold.

Why would anyone think they'd get an acceptable offer from Cash4Gold anyway? It sounds like a scam on the commercial in the first place. Even if they honestly appraise the stuff, after you subtract the cost to the company, they can only afford to pay you a fraction of the value.

If you're that hard up for money, pawn your stuff or sell it on EBay.

I have seen the adds for it, I knew right away they would end up ripping people off.

The purity of jewelry usually stinks, plus without good equipment you can't melt it down without degrading the purity.

I personally invest here and there in gold. I buy coins and bullion that have a purity of between 0.995% to 0.999%. That is the only way to go.
