Oh... and I wish I had a manual instead of auto. I think I'm only averaging about 30mpg at best on moderate driving combined city and hwy.

Do you think it's time to remove the snow tires?
I just blame the crappy roads around here. The broken pavement is all over the place this time of year.

30mpg is pretty good for an automatic IMO. I'm averaging 35 in my manual so far.

As for the snow tires, wait till this weekend, we're supposed to get some snow tomorrow

The dings i'm talking about are from other cars. Once whole front driver's side corner was scratched up when it was parked at Home Depot. There's door marks on 3 of the 4 doors and rear bumper has a scratches from other cars as well. Where as my 04 Odyssey is virtually scratch free.

On the Fit, I had to replace passenger side mirror because someone had cracked it. I'm thinking it was a Uhaul truck backing up, but no proof.

I don't think I'll get a red car next time.

I was at a coffee shop in beachwood ohio, I was inside reading for about 45mins came out got into car stopped at a friends house before we went for a ride he see this like smear on the passenger side of both doors, and 2 dings on the rear door. I was so pissed off, I even felt like going back the next day to see if I could find a off white SUV with of course 4 doors. Probably a kid in the back. I tried to wax it out, it is still there the dings about 300.00 to fix. That was the end of me parking near any store from then On it was time to walk, Hell I need to walk more anyway. So I feel Ya Jimmyparky.

I'm entertaining the idea of putting together a FiT for B-Spec class racing since NASA,SCCA and Grand-Am has all embraced the idea.

A full lot of fits = 3 of them from what I've seen. LOL

I had to go to three different dealers to find the one I wanted.

Not sure if anyone here would be interested, but there is going to be an Ohio Hondas meet at, Hinkley Reservation, sometime in early Oct.

I hoping I can get to one of these, It's far enough into the future that I might be able to set aside the time.

I haven't been active on the forum for the last couple years except for a few months ago to find out about adjusting my valves. I have two other Fits just like mine in my neighborhood and always wonder if they are on here. If a Columbus meet does happen I wouldn't mind trying to make it. My 2007 Fit is still going strong at 130k+ miles.
