My 2003 Civic EX 4 door was rear ended

My 2003 Civic EX 4 door was rear ended. The other car was a Chevy
Metro. The rear bumper is damaged, not seriously, but I expect them to
replace it. I noticed that the other car had gotten into the rear tow
hook of my car, I saw the other car's red paint on the my car's rear
tow hook. The impact felt small, but it was enough to jar the plastic
(inner) moon roof door open a little bit.

Is there a possiblity that the suspension or fuel tank or rear quarters
of my car are damaged?

Please give me your opinions so that I can point things out to the
insurance adjuster when he comes out to look at the car.
