hahah i think nbc or some other news channel did a similar undercover sting 1-4 years ago with jiffy lube too. It involved the workers charging customers for an oil and filter change when in fact the old filters were the same ones on the car when the reporters got their cars back. they simply marked or scored the filters before they brought the car in and found out that jiffy lube was just ripping them off.
