Hey guys just wonderin how many other s2000 owners there are out there. To me any one who owns a s2000 must be atleast in some way a Honda enthusiast. Since our cars are so undriveable in the bad weather the Fit must be a natural option.

I have an '02 Sebring/Red. I love it, but like you said, it's not for all seasons, and not even for all trips. I also have a '93 Civic that seems to be on its last legs - the Fit is a perfect replacement.
It's the handling that does it for me. I don't think there's anything anywhere near it's price that handles as well. Coming from an S2000, that's a major requirement for me. The cargo space is the second reason.
we are a honda family too, my dad bought the honda jazz vit 1.5 in 2003, and i bought my jazz vit 1.5 last year, we both loved it, great handling for little money. highly recommended to anyone whos looking for a small car.
Just picked it up this afternoon and this car is a really fun car. It moves suprisingly well with such low hp/torque numbers. So far I am very happy with the purchase. Also its nice being able to drive for a while without watching your gas meter go down.
It's funny when I go back and forth between the cars though. The shifter and clutch pedal are so much lighter in the Fit than the S2k, but, the steering is equally responsive. I just wish my Fit had the same 250 ponies my S2000 does. :D
Traded in my '02 S2000 for a Fit last night. A compromise had to be made for better year-round driving here in CT as well as economy. For the price, the fit handles and performs pretty darned well! I look forward to autoXing to see how it does!
After driving the fit for a few days back and forth to work I have come to realize that the lack of power is annoying for highway lane changing. I am not flooring it when changing lanes, but I dont feel I should have to. Mayb that is the only way. Anyone else feel this way?
The honda designers said that the Fit's styling is comprised of elements of the S2000, does anyone have any pics of their fit and s2000 next to each other to post, I would like to see the similarities....if any.

How about two pics side by side for now. Not the best pics for comparison but here ya go
I'll take a shot with both of them side by side later.
