From Ford Focus to Toyota Prius C

Because of the cost of the new Ford Focus and also because of the MPG I decided to take a look at the Toyota Prius C. For just a little bit more money I can get some fantastic gas mileage. My wife wasn't to keen on it but it seemed like a no brainier to me. Or so I thought.

Prius C is a horrible vehicle.

Loud, uncomfortable, no fun to drive, small (inside).

Then again....I'd never recommend the Focus to anyone either....or the GK

Right now, sure.

How about in 6 months? A year?

Such a short sighted thought.

would swapping cars really pay the difference in the total gas you consume considering the money wasted changing cars?

unless one is living paycheck to paycheck and measuring 'affordability' by week or by month, this dont sound like a smart move at all.
but thats just me.

6 months from now it'll still be ugly. a year from now it'll be ugly and his wife will have hated it for a year.

any other questions?

I thought this was a Honda Fit forum? Not a Toyota Prius/Ford Focus forum?

Are you really looking for Prius advice from thousands of people who own, or are waiting for a Fit?

A little confused here

The Prius C will keep saving you money. It's ugly, crappy, slow (even slower than the Fit), crappy interior. All for MPGs.
