steelies in philly?

Greetings,

Might anybody (in the philadelphia, north delaware, or south jersey area.. or for that matter south delaware as I have family down there) have any unwanted steelies (base fit stock wheels with or without tires) that you may have removed to put on alloys and no longer want?

I have stock alloys that I can let go for cheap. Each one is scuffed maybe the size of a quarter, but nothing a little polish won't fix. I am in Northern VA, pretty familiar with Phila. Let me know.

Thanks, but I actually want steelies not alloys, for a few different reasons. I'm also cheap.

I'm sure you could sell the alloys to someone who would be willing to pay you more than I for them.
