This was mounted in my car for a few months, but I never used it because I could never get used to the mount being on the left-hand side.

There are a couple of adhesive strips that are currently exposed, although they still have good stickiness. The mount actually snaps on to the A-pillar, so even if the adhesive strips weren't there, the mount would be held securely.
