TW: Turbo Kit heat Shield
Hey guys,
As you know I am one of the first people to get the unreleased *PROTOTYPE* HKS turbo kit that was pre production and did not include a Heat Shield. IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A NEW TURBO KIT IT HAS A HEAT SHIELD but is not as beefy as the one i had custom made for my car. I have driven my car over 5k+ miles and have had the turbo kit for over a year. I have noticed some think the could be better in the HKS turbo kit that i wanted to improve on BUT MAINLY CAUSE I HAVE THE PRE PRODUCTION KIT. Through the year that I have had the turbo kit i realized the ignition coils were burning up and one even cracked on me! I had a local shop in San Diego build a special Heat Shield for my car as a prototype. It was specifically made to protect the coils. He made me an extra one to see on the forum if people would be interested. Here are the pictures:

damn, pretty cool. I'm still trying to see who to get the kit from for the right price. I'm not is a rush to boost so I am trying to get the beast deal right now.
