This is what I used: 3M Rubbing Compound
I followed up with 3M Polishing Compound which looks like the exact same bottle as above, you can get both at autozone/advance auto.

Those pics are with it dry so it's really that shiny not that fake WD-40 shiny.

So I was going to install it right...jacked my car, removed the muffler, then I held the T1R up to my bumper...and I was like F*CKKKKK!

My god damn Ings+1 N-Spec rear bumper sits so low and the diffuser goes so far in under the car that I am having serious clearance issues.

I'm taking it to an exhaust shop next Friday since I'm broke now...all it really needs is lengthened hangers and the tip bent down, but in the mean time I'm running straight pipe because I couldn't possibly reinstall the muffler after hearing it without--and breaking necks with the noise.
