Thanks for all the nice words guys! and sorry it's taken me so long to get back to your guys.

Ohh and FYI because eventually some will end up asking me, I'm running TSX projectos with MDX shrouds.

ok, now on to your questions:

No, actully Kevin is right. I get them done by the same guy as rcantu. It's pretty cool, cause you just tell the guy exactly what you want and the guy gets it done.

And no, I didn't create a DIY because I wasn't the one who made them, but I did do a DIY wiring harness from the ballast to stock harness (where the stock bulb plugs into and were the ballast gets power from) because they weren't given to me by the guy I bought them from, RacerDre a.k.a. Aldrich.

If anyone is interested in the DIY on how to hook them up once the headlights are done and/or how I made my custom harness I can post one up.

No leakage whatsoever because the TSX projectors are completely closed off.

I HIGHLY recommend TSX projectors to anyone planning on doing a retrofit in terms of the quality and price. I think JDMchris will be running TSX projectors as well, according to what I think he said he pick up from his supplier who so also happens to be RacerDre. lol free advertisement for you Aldrich!

::commercial break:: Aldrich is your one stop shop projector man! If you need projectors hit him up! lol.

I wanted the top amber so it would look more JDMish. THanks to Mx6GT89 for sharing the name of the product with me, as he was the first to amber the running lights.

Cut off is very crisp IMHO. as for pics, I'll share one for now as there is a slight problem with my right headlight. The projector is misaligned so the cut off isn't straight. I'll be swapping my headlights out for the stocks so that I can send them back to my guy to fix. After they're fixed and I get them back on I'll take some good pics post them up for you guys, but JDMchris may be done with his by then and he'll most likely have some great pics for you guys to drool over.

for now this is all you guys get:

I traced where the misalignment is at in case you can't see (which I doubt lol)

im messin up my mind trying to imagine an image of how these retrofits would look on white headlights.

So is RacerDre doing these, or was he just doing them as a favor? I want this done, but don't trust myself to do it, and would much rather send them away to someone, and since I plan on purchasing NHBP headlights anyway, I might as well just send them off once they arrive.

RacerDre didn't do it for me. He just provided the hardware.

As for buying NHBP headlights, the guy who did mine also painted them for me. If you wanna save some money you should just have the ones that come on your Fit retro-ed and painted black.

PM and I'll give you my boy's info.

The only problem is that I don't want to go without headlights while they're gone... the Fit is my DD. Right now I'm riding the fence on whether or not I want to get the HIDs retro'd in the NHBP lights or my SSM lights. If I sent out the SSM (which I like on the car), I could use the NHBP lights while they're getting retro'd and then sell the NHBP easily to someone who wants that look, or just get the NHBP retro'd.

Anyway, I'm rambling, I'll PM you.

The retro is actually not very hard. The only thing that you need to be carreful with is mounting it in a way which allows you some adjustability so you can get the cutoff just right. I would offer to help you out with yours, but theyd probably take me forever as im still not finished with mine yet lol.

Im doing a writeup for as soon as I finish.

EDIT* BTW for anyone that wants to take this on, and still have it be fairly cheap, is to use FX35 bi xenon projectors with a s2k or tsx lens. these can be had for fairly cheap and the output is great.

looks awsome..

one question, is the rear of the headlight still reachable? Coz even with stock setup, the rear seems unreachable.

Can you post a pic of the back side of the headlight?
