I think they live off your IP address and pick up on key words, I get tons for local city stuff and it never fails to advertise the gas ad (at my work computer only, thank god for firefox adblocker) when I browse through the eco forums.

anyone notice that the first link on guy's pic is about getting rear-ended? just wondering if that was on purpose...
