As the subject states. What is up with this "stickied" spam.

It's advertisement, I realize and the site needs to make money but the post footer states that it is reviewed for relevant content. A PS3 drawing is NOT relevant content on a FIT Forum even if it is a tire company that is giving it away. If they are giving away tires... that's one thing... because the tires will actually FIT ON THE CAR................. but a PS3 WTF? What's next, Bridgestone giving away a blender? oooh oooh count me in.

There are already too many stickies and other announcements that fill up the top of the page without adding completely irrelevant content.
