does the Cold Air work on the AT? (how does it fit with out the tranny getting in the way... Also, would it come with the Hydro Shield?

Yes and yes! i have AT. there's a small plastic piece you remove that reveals a small opening for the silicone tubing to snake through and allow the intake head to be in the wheel well area.

i like this deal... How do you clean that hydro protection cloth thing? and can i replace the the filter head?

it feels like polyester. when i took it out from teh car, it didnt feel dusty at all, it just has that spot that has dirt buildup, i used a damp rag to clean some of it off. The filter head does not need to be replaced, but if you wanted to get a new one, i think you can (but i'm not fully sure).
