Tanabe Concept G's Spec: Inlet diameter & tip diameter questions

What's up ppl,

I have 2 questions here, what would be the Inlet Diameter of the exhaust pipe as well the tip diameter of it. Isn't Concept G is similar to japaneese ones; G fordan, because that's
what I'm having right now.
