That is correct, that is a picture from our Japan HQ of the Japanese Fit. We are currently working on the USDM design, and it will be an exact match of the above, with the exception that the car is a US spec.

I was wondering why they didn't go with a catback but it seems for good reason the other aftermarket b pipes only increase the stock 48mm piping to 50 or 53, were talking a verrrry small increase in size which IMHO won't do anything. Now that being said what will be important is headers and the exhausts that delete the cats, most likely those will be the real performance gainers.
Can anyone post some better pics this one diagnoal low pic sucks...c2 hit me up with a price
deleteing the cat wont help all that much on a modern car honest, not an N/A one, and for sure not a honda, unless your running 400 or so horsepower you wont gain much of anything without a cat. Honestly headers made the biggest 'feel' differance to me.
Acutally the muffler is the most restrictive of the stock parts on the intake/header/exhaust

Import tuner has just proved taht removing the Cat from a honda only netted 1hp and the same in tq, now is it really worth a extremely large fine and getting your car impounded for 1hp, i think not, and the car it was tested on was a 99-00 SI.
Newer vehicles, especially smaller displacement vehicles come equipped with fairly efficient exhaust systems from the factory.
Over 10 years ago, replacing the cat-back on a Civic CRX could net a whopping 6 whp gain, but this is not always the case with modern cars.
For the Fit, we felt an Axle-back is better for the Honda Fit due to the lower price, since efficiency gains were minimal at best with a full catback, and could not be justified for the additional cost. The difference is 2.5whp on an axle-back, as opposed to 3whp on a catback, but with double cost.
