Smile Extra Service...

Hi,
I just wanted to let someone know about the service I received this evening. Honda North in Danvers closes at 6pm on Fridays. I called at 5:50 pm this evening in a panic because my headlights weren't working. The call was put through to Mike Segin who explained that the Parts Dept. would be closing at six could I come in the morning to have the car looked at. I told Mike I had to work and needed my car. I was 20 minutes away from Honda North and the County Fair was close by meaning tons of traffic tonight.

Mike told me to come in that he would get the headlights from the parts dept. but if it were something other than burnt out lights then I would have to leave the car. Mike waited for me to get there, he was the last person left at the shop on a Friday night. Luckily it was two burnt out headlights and they were replaced quickly.

I wanted to recognize Mike Segin for going above and beyond in his job.
Mike was very pleasant and professional and showed a true sense of caring for his customers. I have a Pilot and an Odyssey, I have had great experiences with this service department and plan to continue purchasing my cars from Honda North.

Thank You!

its very rare to find true customer care anymore. too much corporate politics and not enough individuals willing to help each other.
