How the scene over there??? a lot of meets??? how the cops??? and do you have car inspection over there???

Not sure about the scene as I have only been "out" with the crowd in Houston, but you can usually find some nice peeps to meet up with any given weekend. Cops are normal, not overly obsessive but they'll call you on some stuff. You might want to google Texas auto laws. Yes we have car inspection, but depending on what county you live in they may be more stringent or lax...although, I'm guessing everything is more relaxed than California. Typically there are about 2-4 meets a year, but this isn't just including the Dallas/Ft. Worth area; this is including the entire state. So far the meets have usually in Houston and Dallas, one was in Austin a year or two ago. As for the cops and emissions, I don't know first hand and haven't gotten the Fit inspected yet, but I do not think that we have smog tests like Cali does.
