I have the Yokohama Avid H4S on some 17" HPD Spinout wheels on an 07 Sport AT. I have noticed a reduction of about 1.5mpg in town, but on a trip, it actually seems to have improved about the same. Using my GTech meter, I only recorded a .01 increase in cornering over stock, but the feel is much better. Also, my family has put almost 100,000 miles on Avid H4S tires, never a failure, and really good treadwear. I know that my wheels are different from the HFP rims, but I thought I would share my data with you in case you find it useful.

Skimmer is an unknown quantity at this point
I also have the H4S in 195/45/16 on my Fit. Only a few hundred miles so far, but the ride is smooth and quiet and handling much improved over the stock 15" tires. I did some research that showed the H4S is probably pretty low rolling resistance compared to most performance tires, so I'm expecting decent mpg.
