upgrade my rims

Hi im a newbie to the tuning world. I just started really getting into it about a year ago. I am interested in a rim like the Sport Edition CD rims on tirereack.com in a 15 or 16. Looks good but won't hurt your wallet to bad in the long run. The only problem is that I want it in a polished black with chrome lip. Are there any out there like that.
