I just wanted to say HI to everyone in the Chicago area. I just moved here and I've seen a lot of Fits around town. I know some of you must be lurking on here!

There are a number of Chicago fits on the site and they have been pretty active. Glad to have you in the region! We've had several Indianapolis area fits head up for Chicago events.

what chicago events? i never know of any chicago events... i've wanted to go to a meet for a while - (from Evanston by the way)

I knew it! I have only been in Glenview, IL for 2 weeks and I already have seen way more Fits than in Orlando, FL. I'd like to be at the next Fit meet or car get together. Anyway, here are a few pics I snapped before driving from FL to IL. You can see how heavy the rear is! Suprisingly I did not experience any rubbing at all. It must be the +45 offset FTW. lol

dude lake geneva! my family used to drive up there every summer (we'd take two cars, my moms ford taurus and my dads awesome '85 Saab 900 Turbo that he had originally bought for rallying) and go to Lake Lawn Lodge. Sadly that tradition ended when my brother went to college - never quite figured out why though Lake Lawn Lodge was awesome.
