Here this is my intro.

I've been following the forum and excited to be joining the fit community. I live in Chicago and I'll be picking up my fit this week. Already traded in my clunker this past week and now just waiting for the delivery of the fit to the dealer and then trading in the tC.

Quick car background. My "real" first project was this past one (2006 tC). Taught myself how to fiberglass, body work and paint on it in which I've done all the work on the car out of my garage and it was a huge learning experience (bit off more than I could chew most the time ).

These pictures were taken today and most of the car has been ripped apart (interior, wheels...). I may post some pictures up of when it was at shows if you guys were interested but now I would like to mostly focus on the fit. This time around I am trying to keep the car as clean as possible .

Finally got the car on Tuesday. Been driving it around and so far lovin it. Another Crystal Black Sport on the road.
