Any recommendations on dealers? I haven't been getting much response and had one flat out tell me that they won't be doing an MSRP deal at least until mid summer...
Most have been saying they will give me a call when they have a sport in that I can look at. They all seem to have received 4-5 cars in their first allotment and they were all sold in the first day or two.
I got mine from Honda of Fife. Looked at Hinshaw's in Auburn. They tried jacking me around. Ended up at Honda of Fife. If you go there.. Talk to CindyLu. She is seriously on the ball and she REALLY works to get the price you want and she won't bs you about sure we can try for x price, (or anything else) she'll flat out tell you not gonna happen. For that matter she'll be real blunt about extras too.. like the lojack and stuff.. Check your insurance company.. the one I talked to said it wasn't worth the discount to put one onjust for that.. and the fits (sport) have a short of them dollying or loading it on a flatbed aren't gonna go anywhere.. .
They are sold out at the moment. I know they have recieved way more than 5 or 6 cars.. I know that the week I bought mine, there had been 3 trucks into fife with 5-6 cars. On the truckload mine came in on. I was in last night.. (putting the 3m stuff on the car and the fabric protectant) and there were ZERO on the lot.
Regarding Talon and honda of fife. I have a hard time beleiving that. I felt like I was being jerked around at Honda of fife. They just leave you sitting at the desk for long periods when you ask simple questions. What is msrp and I like to buy a honda fit at msrp can you do this,I ask? Besides I had just been on the phone with them and made a commitment by driving 45 minutes in traffic that could have become stand still. Honda of Fife was wrong when they told me no dealer would sell at the sugested honda msrp. I own a hond fit now and I bought it before the first arrivals. Belingham honda had more class and was able to answer simple questions. Not once did I get left in a office just to sit there. What kind of customer service would that be.

Smatts, why don't you do a run of a large fit meet past the vancouver bc folks and shoot me a pm on how many people would be willing to have one. say somewhere between everett, wa and victoria. bc.

I will see if anyones interested but it seems like the vancouver fit folk aren't much for meets, which is crazy because there is tons of enthusiast fits here thanks to AJ Racing. We have a big 8thgen civic crew here that meets a lot that I hang out with but the fit guys don't seem interested!
