haha that dude got flamed so bad for the 70mpg thread. im glad he did though. it made alot of people aware of how stupid it is to be a hypermiler.

Like i said earlier in the day yesterday, I wanted to see what people were saying before i wen in there to rant my a$$ off at him. Once i did more and more people came out of the woodwork to tell him he was a jackass.

i researched the dangers of hypermiling a little bit and like every police department is making it illegal to practice hypermiling. there is this dude that they gave an award to for getting such good gas mileage. i never knew they awarded stupidity. hold on ill find the link to the article

I don't think it was a glitch or a photoshop. If you read what he says later, he was actually getting up to 63mph and turning the car off until he dropped to 49mph then getting back up to 63mph to turn the car off again.
