Gawd, I miss high school. Though college is fun, too. Lots of, um, "learning experiences", shall we say. (and those "learning experiences" have nothing to do with alcohol, drugs, or the downstairs mix-up, mind you :| )

My personal learning experiences in college thus far:
Experience: I figured WD-40 would act a bit like Lysol. I know Lysol is flammable and that Glade is flammable and combustible. So I poured some WD-40 in the sink. I tried to light it. WOOSH. I lit it. I learned:
1) WD-40 is highly combustible, not flammable at all.
2) Burnt hair smells because it is made of a sulfur compound that breaks down when it burns.
Experience: Ooh, that blob of lead doesn't look liquid anymore, so it must be solid by now. I wonder if it's still hot to the touch? I learned: A 2nd degree burn is a burn in which the affected epidermis is killed, thus leaving a quite tender dermis exposed.

When you do head to college, do bring some WD-40.
My bed was, um, pretty squeaky *wink wink nuddge nudge say na'more!*
WD-40 fixed that up right quick! (and my suitemates bed, too. I got fed up hearing "eeh, er, eeh, er, eeh, er..." when I was trying to nap)

Heres what Id do; stick with the original wheels and get them now.
Your car will look great, and you wont have to worry about which ones to pick.
Plus, you can save for another set of whatever you want next after its done and over with.
