i think you never drove or took a ride on a EF with k20 on it...
nope. but i have taken a ride in a k20'd db8 that was lightly stripped. and a 400whp turbo b16 eg coupe that was virtually a seat and shell strapped to the engine. so i'm no stranger to fast.
i just like my old skool hondas to be old-school, with some sort of adherence to period correctedness.
you dont have to be a true honda enthusiast to shove a bigger k motor into a honda chassis that weighs nothing. that just means you enjoy going fast, and who doesn't?
i'd be more at home listening to the sweet sounds of a stock integra type r, or taking an ef on some backroad and running her up to redline as often as possible, even if it was just a zc motor in it. but i'm one of those weird guys who appreciates hondas for what they are.
dothedew: the vid was epic. and in a crx thats different. whenever i say ef i think civic hatch or wagovan, hence my humble opinion on the motors that should/shouldn't go into them.
cant remember who said it, but a c5 in an ef? now we're talking.

my fit was called "festive" by this girl i was talking to today. and she continued on by saying that i was too "manly" to be driving such a cute, little car.
i don't know if it was either an insult or a complement.

having the money to buy anything but not wanting to spend the money. i grew up poor as a kid. i like having money
i grew up poor too but the way i look at money, you cant take it with you when you die so you better have some fun with it while you are around. prioritizing money to me goes like this
1. responsibilities
2. fun
3. savings
no use in saving if you arent going to have fun with it, and no use in having fun with it if you arent going to take care of whats important first. but if having a big wad of cash is what makes you happy, then more power to you, but i just dont have alot of fun with a bunch of pieces of paper.
to be honest, there are waaayyyy better Fits on this site. i just can't justify spending that much money on a $17000 car that i drive daily. i want to keep my fit for at least 10 years (i know, that's alot), that's why i gotta keep the mods to a minimum to keep the reliability.
