I used to do that, till I stopped caring. Didn't even bother dl'ing anything. I got bored with it all. Nowadays I need something hands on, but there's nothing to do when one doesn't have a job!
I'M SO FREAKIN BORED RIGHT NOW
My mind is overflowing with LaTeX and suspension systems and spring/damping equations. Ugh, gimme something to do!

I hate how so many people are more concerned/interested with how much of a drop a set of springs will give than in the actual performance of the springs or even in the disadvantages of not changing the dampers as well as the springs. (Especially when they complain afterwards on how bumpy their ride is. DE-DE-DEE uh DUR )

It all depends on if you're going to change your dampers or not, if the car is a DD or not, if you track the car or not and on what your personal preferences are as far as spring stiffness goes. There is no one set of springs that is "the best". It's all very subjective.
Considering how stiff the springs are from the factory, I can't imagine what stiffer springs would be like without corresponding dampers.

What I think is stupid is when people hate on lowering springs and OEM shocks/struts.
This whole forum is on OEM shocks and springs. No problems.....
I also hate when people complain about lowering springs and a rough ride. No matter what the car is going to ride rougher than stock. Its short wheel base.
The stock springs are not stiff. Its the wheel base. My T1R springs feel fine. I wish they were stiff actually.
And the pics are ready, just need to upload them. Not happy with them, so day pics tomorrow.

No favorite. Three reasons.
1) I haven't taken the time to compare the spring rates of all the available springs.
2) I'm having a bitch of a time trying to find the stock spring rates
3) If I ever upgrade the springs, I'm going to upgrade the dampers as well. Hell, if I could I would just replace the dampers, at least up front anyways.
