Im not going to get into this completely but anytime I hate on the FA5 and how slow it is, the Si owner always compares it to the Fit and how slow it is.

I know the Fit is slow, I didnt buy it because it was fast. Its not, I knew that.

I compare it do the RSX. Ive driven many stock and modded Si's and also many stock and modded RSX-S. (04+) The RSX is WAY more lively than the Si. I can actually feel something in the RSX.

I feel nothing in the Si. No low end, no power band, nothing. I see that stupid shift light and know its time to shift.

The only thing I like about the Si is how good you can make them look. Stock, they arent that pretty. Like the Fit basically.
The interior is ugly to me, I hate the space age look, I hate that new steering wheel design, the seats are ehh, and I can go on.

And being built in the US. The K20 in the Si is junk... Its not the same as the RSX.

I think assembly is split up between the US and Canada. Luckily my LX was built at the Suzuka plant

Thats what I ment.... The RSX is all Japanian.
The Fits are made in Japan.

The Fit and the S2K are the only Honda made in Japan right now.

im home and sad !!!! i think im bypolar..... some days i like my car and some days i hate my car and do drastic stuff like come very very very close to ordering new $1700 rims like i did today, lol but i think ray talked me out of it kinda.... so the new plane is to go back to stock bumper and role/beat the hell out of the fenders and drop her and tuck tires i hope that looks better to my crazy head. but idk i hope it works

It's cool Ray. Like I said before...everyone has their opinions. I don't know how a RSX would be faster though. It has the same drivetrain. The only difference is what someone already said....DBW. Personally I like the interior, steering wheel and the other stuff. Does the RSX have LSD? I'm sure it does too. I like them RSX-S too. At least they get Kpro. Hopefully it'll be out for our Si's soon.

05-06 RSX has a Type-R final drive. Thats what the Si lacks. No the RSX doesnt have LSD. LSD doesnt mean anything to me though. The 05-06 TypeS has a different head design from the Si's and 02-04 RSX-S.

Thats why they love mods.
