You can always try and see... seats are usually bolted down with 4 bolts, 2 in front, 2 in back, hidden under plastic trim, and there's usually an electrical plug you need to disconnect under the seat. You could put new and old seats side-to side and measure each to see if the bolts are about the same configuration, then drop a seat in and see if it works. My hunch is any electrical harness plugs will be different, and would require customization, specifically around any side air bags built into the seat.
