2008 Manuel stick jerking/stuttering engine problem

So I’m experiencing this problem where I am shifting and I’m having a jerking/stuttering/jumping engine problem l. I’m driving normal and it happens between the speed of 20 mph to 50mph, I thought it was a fuel injector problem but I already added cleaner and I thought it was fixed but it is still doing it. So I’m anxious to hear any suggestions

I very recently bought a 2003 1.3L Jazz and noticed that in first gear with some, but very low throttle, the car used to start sort of jerking back and forth as if the engine was about to shut itself off. As the weather got colder it also died a few times after starting the engine. A few days back I did a valve adjustment and both of these issues seem to have disappeared since then. All intake and exhaust valves were very tight, so I loosened them.

And it was my first attempt, so I think I left them too loose so now the valves tick quite loudly haha. I'll be doing another valve job soon, but valve adjustment seems to be very very common thing to do with these Honda engines. While you're at it it wouldn't hurt to give your MAP sensor a clean imho.

Unlike the OP, my car (a manual 2008 Fit) has this jerking problem when I am starting from a stop in first gear (and at no other time). It doesn't happen every time and it doesn't always happen at the very beginning of moving the car, but can start when I get to maybe 5 mph. Also, it doesn't seem to do it when I first start the car from a cold engine. The problem started a few weeks ago and it has been happening more frequently as the days go by. I don't think it has anything to do with my control of the clutch and gas, as I have been driving manual cars for decades without encountering this problem (though it is similar to what a manual car does when driven by someone who is learning to drive stick). Is this problem a sign that a part is wearing out or a fluid needs replacing? (There are no warning lights on my dash.)

Quick personal note: I've been gratefully reading the threads on this website for years. I have always been able to find an answer to my questions without needing to pose them myself. That was not the case this time, so I started an account! Thanks in advance to anyone who can offer insight on my question.
