Honda fit jerking/jumping issue

Okay guys, I've honda fit 1.5 from many days there's a strange issue in car that is the car starts jerking/jumping after driving about so miles or after warm up. All coils rear and front are new, spark plugs are not old. Last night when driving, the car jerks alot then suddenly Engine light come on and car shut off. Scanner show CKP sensor issue. But how? I heard somewhere about CKP interference issue from coils wiring and separating CKP wires resolve the issue, I'm going to do this, but I'm a lill bit confuse that from where i separate the CKP wiring from coils harness?I mean only move off CKP wires to the rear coils harness area or to separate CKP wires throughout to ECU? Please help me out.

If you're able to scope the CKP signal, that would be worth doing. I saw on the other thread that you've replaced the CKP sensor as a precaution - it would be better to confirm that the sensor is actually bad before doing that (new sensors, esp. aftermarket ones, can be bad!). Also, since it's an issue when warmed up, consider potential problems with the EGR and Evap systems, as these are only active when the engine is warm. And of course valve adjustment! The fact that you've seen CKP codes does point to an issue with the CKP sensor and circuit, spark plugs, or ignition coils. However, there might be more than one underlying problem.
