PCV plate bolt

I need to remove the 5th bottom bolt on the cover where the PCV goes. The space is tight and 10mm & ⅜" sockets are big. A 9mm spanner won't fit.All the 4 bolts are out and I used a 10mm socket.

I wonder if access might be better from underneath - do you have (or have access to) jack stands or a hoist? If it comes down to it, maybe draining the coolant and removing hoses could help.

I managed to use the Hoover to take out the broken piece of PVC.No need to remove the 5th one. Now waiting for the new PCV.
