Oil on intake manifold gasket and runners 2008 homes fit

Oil on intake manifold gasket and runners 2008 homes fit
In currently swapping out my starter and removed the 2 piece intake manifold complete and noticed oil on the gasket from the head and runners on the manifold. I don’t have any leaks around the motor. What could it be? The intake side sucks air so..?
