Popping/Clunking noise in Clutch Pedal (not the squeaking)

Kinda hard to hear over the motor but only when the car is on when I engage the clutch pedal or release it there is a popping noise and I can feel it through the clutch pedal.

I replaced the master cylinder, slave cylinder and did a cdv delete about a week ago then this started happening about a day ago. Car shifts perfectly fine and everything, I replaced the master cylinder orginally because when I did the cdv delete the clutch pedal got stuck to floor after I was done bleeding it and it felt squishy.

I did adjust the clutch pedal freeplay to give me a lower bite point but it wasnt doing this noise after I adjusted it until yesterday.
