help with rims!
 

Hello everybody I'm new to the forum.
I have a question, will I be able to use these rims on my stock fit?

Since Fits are only able to use 4 lug nut rims, will i need a converter for these types with several holes?

With some many option for our cars, why bother... Try to find wheels with 4x100 bolt hole patterns... and then it is all about how big you want to go and offsets...

Try the "Fit Shoes" forum for more help. Also try tirerack.com and put in the year, model, and make of your car... they show you which wheels & tires will fit your car.

I'm sure they'll need to have a bolt pattern of 4x100... I'm pretty sure thats our bolt patern.

Discount Tire should be able to get the exact right rim for you...they'll just put in the make to their computer and print out the list of sizes that will work on the fit...

15, 16, 17s in 4x100. thats pretty much the common sizes for the fit.

Like everyone said, the wheel needs to be a 4 x 100 lug pattern; unless you want to buy 5 lug conversion for this wheel. Next, you need to consider your rim's dimensions. GD Fits can easily do rims from 14-17in diameter. at stock ride height; but you also have to consider the wheel width and its offset. Then you'd also have to think about the tire size if you are going to a larger rim size.

An example: A GD can have a wheel and tire combo of 15 x 6.5 ET+40 with 195/55R15 and not rub at all front or rear at stock height without any fender rolling. But if the rim had an offset of +30, then rubbing would occur when the suspension compresses and the tire will possibly rub on the fender when turning.

yah, from previous experience, 15x6.5 up to +38mm seems to be a ok withour rubbing but once you introduce 7" width you get minor rubbing. if you run 195 summer tires then you get pretty decent rubbing especially on the rear.. im running 195/50/15 Fuzion ZRI's. they rub the rear at full load pretty good... 15x7 +40mm
