Suspension. Need opinions ASAP! :D

I sent out for a couple quotes on lowering options for my 07 Sport. What I got back was:

AJ Racing will do T1R S-coil v2. for a REALLY good deal.

Another shop quoted me for H&R's, but will be about $150 more than AJ. Or they also quoted me on Tein Basic's. Those with install would be about $1,270 plus tax.

What do you guys think of any of these? Ride height, ride quality, rubbing, anyone run either of these springs on OEM shocks? I ran my 93 civic on H&R's with OEM shocks and never had a problem. I'm not too interested in coilovers since I really have no need to spend that much on suspension for a daily driver.

I've done a lot of searches on google and here, but haven't found much useful info.

Just actually booked an appointment with Garage Five for this weekend. These guys are awesome! I'm gonna put H&R's in for now then maybe change over to coilovers in a year or two if I plan on keeping the car a lot longer.
