how to disable seatbelt noise or beep
Just buckle the seat belt before you sit down. Then sit on the buckled seat belt. Problem solved. If you have an accident, the airbag may save you (if it doesn't kill you). And hey, if you you do die because of no seat belt on, at least you will be comfortable, if you are only severly injured, not so much.

Damn. I knew somebody was going to 'solve' his dilemma that he wasn't smart enough to figure out on his own. At least there may be retribution: had you considered that some smart butt lawyer fingers you if he is even injured because he was sitting on a buckled seat belt and sues you?
In this trigger happy and down sided legal market that is a distinct possibility.
Here's your sign.
PS not having your seat belt buckled can impact you harder with the airbag. You'll be flying forward right into the exploding bag at close range. Some tests have indicated that a broken neck can result. Might be hard to drive from a wheelchair. No, its not a funny subject. Helping someone to hurt themselves isn't funny.

You should disable your brakes too because my friend got rear-ended after hitting the brakes hard on a highway to avoid hitting a car that stopped in front of him. He could have avoided that if he just swerved around the car. So, brakes are dangerous. I know that because I know my token example is representative of every braking event for every driver. This post is sarcasm.
