Vajazzle's Build Thread!
THIS THREAD IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION!
Hi I'm Val. I'm Based in UK. I Bought a Honda GD1 Jazz Sport 1.4 2005 DSi in August this year as a family car and decided to change it a bit. On this Build thread I will be uploaded a load of pictures of my cars transformations from when I bought it to how it stands to date. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8206/8...8fe099f7_c.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8207/8...3c969a1d_c.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8341/8...9abeaafb_c.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8489/8...ed9fb825_c.jpg So here it is AUGUST 2012. Please Watch This Space! |
Then I had to add the Emblem.. Car just looks too plain without the little but of Stickers and decals etc. I'll get some more at a later date but till then my car has only this Mugen Emblem.

Carbon Fibre Spoon Duckbill Replica (Sold by Kenken)
The Spoiler! Fitment is almost perfect, good quality but came without instructions and two mounting bolts. Bolts are TOO long but will require washers, or additional bolts as spacers or u could just cut them. Drilling and Grinding will be required to fit but attempt at your own risk. It was painful to do once i realized where the bolts needed to sit for the fitment to be positioned correctly. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8207/8...f59a574852.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8201/8...4ae790c094.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8209/8...35400973_z.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8486/8...680c6e12_c.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8067/8...2290de11_c.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8064/8...daea563a_c.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8060/8...063ba680e3.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8199/8...1bfa97a595.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8210/8...c76c078b94.jpg |
Minor Touch.
Bee sting Aerial. Lot the bid for a Spoon on off ebay so i just used this one that i had laying around. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8199/8...ae5f085fe7.jpg Front 2001-2003 EP3 & Rear DC5 Honda 'H' Emblems, 3M FTW! http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8487/8...504bd5e9_c.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8059/8...a3c31e5c_c.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8484/8...aeb4938f_z.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8477/8...28b19114_z.jpg |
Here come the Interior.
Bought the Double din Fascia, Armrest, Gearknob off a member off Clubjazz (BigStu) a trip up to wales and back for a bargin price as he was parting with his parts locally. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8349/8...e5b837638b.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8069/8...e948ae897c.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8200/8...d427b209_c.jpg Armrest and GearKnob was a pretty quick and easy install. Armrest did need bolting down using 4 mini nuts and bolts. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8490/8...457c493f_c.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8060/8...a002d0aa96.jpg |
Trip back from Hong Kong and Bought myself a Double Din Headunit.
Pioneer AVH-P8450BT and an Alpine Reverse Camera, Rear Led Fog light (PASS MOT) and a few bits and bobs here and there. Make Sure you buy the CD-IU201S Cable if you buy a Pioneer Double Din Headunit that supports AppRadio. http://pacificstereo.com/media/catal..._cd-iu201s.jpg Installing the thing was a nightmare having to wire it all up etc.. Easy when you know how but the task is really quite easy. Watch out for the bolts.. some of my bolt fell behind and was unreachable and vibrates when the music is on loud which can be annoying. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8338/8...107fc708ac.jpg Relay By pass for the handbrake. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8200/8...f4c7b4faac.jpg Help link: -- > Fitted and updating http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8488/8...11a7f0cf_c.jpg Now this is where my fun begins. Buy Pioneer!! Apple Iphone 4S & App Radio Extensions FTW!!! Example of the Fun ---> LED Triangle Centre Fog Light Installed (Super Bright LED) http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8065/8...079970cf61.jpg |

Do you have a link for the rear lights and what inch are those rota's? |

Do you have a link for the rear lights and what inch are those rota's? (Ask them to mark the price down for tax as i got gribbed by customs when they arrived into the country) The rotas i got were 15's but 16's would be ok too.. Just more expensive on tires. As i'm keeping the car for fuel econ and not power I'll be buying Green Eco Tires for them when they are avalible. |
thanks for that mate, i am surprised that there is no uk based forum for the jazz! they are becoming vastly popular nowadays
|
nice build. great looking fit.
I'm so jealous of that digital climate control lol |
