Help ! She's at it AGAIN
 

Ok so a few months ago I posted on here for some help with random misfire codes coming up. So here is what happened with that after all the help everyone had given me I decided to check the gap in the plugs one more time thinking I may have forgotten to when I installed the new ones. And low and behold that fixed the issue...for a while. So a month or two goes by and no issues then one day out of the blue I get in start up like normal and there it is again the unmistakable idle of a misfiring engine. It ran rough for a week then...stopped...a few weeks later it has started again...but here is the odd thing today while running some errands that had to be ran it stopped, ran like should for all of 30 min when we shut the car off and got back in it was at it again. I think my car is possessed by a bi-polar demon running right when it wants to and saying F*&# ALL when it wants. Does anyone have any ideas? I put a new coil on one of the cylinders that was showing misfire but it still is showing that it is misfiring. I'm going out of my mind trying to figure this out.:puke:

What plugs did you use?

Replace coilpacks, adjust valves.

Have you had a chance to run the codes this time to see if it's reporting issues on the same cylinder? I would guess valve adjustment as well since it's a known issue to cause misfires.
