You're listening to all the wrong people.
Unless you want to be low like it seems this dude wants.
Only suspension worth having for dudes who want to be low in a Fit is air ride or HKS. Everything else is going to blow and/or be wicked uncomfortable.
Konis are custom made by RedShift performance, either way they aren't a standard Koni/GC combo like on a classic Honda because the strut & beam rear (the Fit's two great downfalls as a chassis....unless you just care about being low, then all cars lose most good things about them)

I had BuddyClub coilovers on my car for more years than I could count. They weren't too bouncy like most other coilovers I experienced on other Fits, but the valving of the front shocks were stiff as a rock, and the front also frequently visited the bump stops. I'm now on Swift lowering springs and fairly happy.
Honestly the original suspension rides really well with good handling. The swift springs ride fairly well but still a little annoying on rough pavement but the benefit is less brake dive and body roll. I would just get springs and new shocks if I were you

This will go against the grain here but the suspension options for a GD3 are limited. It never became popular so the quality of the shocks isn't that good.
Lowering for looks:
Whatever is cheap. Excessive lowering will cause issues regardless of how good the shocks is. Cheap chinese coilovers will have inconsistent valving like the cheap Japanese options you'll find.
Lowering for speed:
Tokico Blue shocks. People have swapped in Koni shocks but I"m not sure what application they're using. I'd get the Koni option if I really cared. I'm sure Eibach sells a lowering spring, I'd use their springs.
Honestly, I'd keep the factory springs, and just replace the shocks/struts with slightly upgraded aftermarket versions. I'd drop my money on decent wheels, and nice tires (Dunlop Direzzas).
I'm sure everything I typed is against the forum mentality so take it for what it is.
