idler pulley?

I need to swap the idler pulley on my 08 Fit. Is the pulley pressed on, or does it just slide off? Does anyone know the torque spec on the bolt holding the pulley? Any other tips? Thank you

Standard bolt, comes off pretty easy, the adjustment bolts on the alternator are slightly more painful.. took me a half hour or so.. There is a how to with pics somewhere for the belt..

I just changed my idler pulley, the bolt holding it on is in a tigh spot -_- I didn't have any special tool just used a shifter/spanner and a long bar to give extra torque I couldn't put enough force on it where the shifter was. It also turns out no one stops the original pulley just a $90 wrong part got my money back at least and they ended up just giving me a new bearing for $10 the pulley was still okay just had a squeaky bearing all good now, I tightened it with a couple of kg's of force not to much. Hasn't fallen off yet :) so seems to be okay the alternator is a pain to loosen.
