Ep3 seats into GD

I am desperately trying to find out how to install ep3 seats into my GD, I know I need to use the oem GD rails but I am not getting anywhere, I've tried twice now, a couple hours each time but still can't figure it out, any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. From UK.

just buy aftermarket seat rails
