Sir good day. I have concerns about honda fit ge steering wheel? Ive read here that it is transferable to honda fit gd? I purchased a jazz ge steering wheel but when we try to put it in the GD, it wont fit properly. You have to push the steering wheel a bit for it to align to the face of the clockspring. When we tried screwing it in, the back of the steering wheel
is pressed to the cover of the clockspring .
Do i need to replace clocksprings? Or put spacers? I need your advice sir.

It's been a while, but I'm planning on trying the same thing. I'm going to install a GE Jazz Steering Wheel on my GD1 Jazz. Were you able to solve your problem? How did you fix it?
Probably the plastic covers are not identical and the one you're trying to install is bigger or it runs a bit further..... Remove it and try to see if it works properly,....if it does ... Grab a Dremel and trim away a bit of plastic....
. So as it turns out, the steering wheel and the airbag do actually connect together. Perhaps the reason OP wasn't having luck applying it was because wires were in the way. You have to push until you hear a click or it's snug inside.
