GD Bargains and Finds
Hey fellow FitFreakers!
I thought I'd start a thread where we can share miscellaneous hard to find items and bargains that are available for our beloved GD's. I've watched the marketplace go from saturated with parts to a dried up lake bed. To break the ice, here are some OEM carpeted floor mats for a great price. Cost is $39.99 right now with free shipping and it includes all 4 mats. Mine came in with a date stamp of 2006 and are a perfect fit. Let us all know what you find. Who knows what someone else is looking for. Mugen, Spoon, and forced induction stuff earns bonus points :thumbups: |

Did the mats have the fit logo with the oval around it? |
Oh fuck yeah! What about rubber mats?
|
GD3 - yup, they say "Fit" inside an oval.
https://www.hondapartsnow.com/access...007024_mid.jpg boltaction - haven't seen a deal on the all weather mats. They are about $100 at hondapartsnow.com If you see a better deal, post them up! |
Some window visors that I'm thinking about getting. Can't go wrong for the price right? Anybody have experience with these? |
No experience with those, but the price sure is right!
Just keep in mind that they are stick on without anchors in the window channels. This means someone can just grab and yank them off if they want them. Worth mentioning in case you're ever in a higher crime area. The in channel ones can also be yanked off, but require more effort. |
Holly F-bomb! Just ordered some. Better hurry kids, only 12 left!
I'm looking to replace the weather stripping on my two rear doors and the hatch, if I can find it at a good price. Thanks GAFIT! :thumbups: |
Just ordered one too!. Make that only 11 left!!!
THX GAFIT for the find. Does anyone know if the 2007-2008 FIT come with the hooks for the floor mats if so anyone have photo I can see? Mine didn't have them, so might buy some universal ones. :wavey: |
Good news for you GD3!
The hooks are included with the mats along with instructions for installing the hooks. Our dealer only installed the drivers side hooks when doing the all weather mats when new, but the kit includes ones for the driver, passenger and driver rear. |

Hey GD3 i know this is off topic but what rims are pictured in your avatar? They look nice.
|
🤔Might get it just to have another clean set on deck before they sell out!!! |
Wow I got mine the other day. Great find on these!
Installed the hooks on the driver and passenger side. For some reason there was hooks for the rear passenger side and none for the rear passenger. I just saved the hooks as I didn't really think they're that effective. Does add a little to the insulation from sound and maybe some temp. |
I broke down and ordered it too. I’d rather have rubber, but if I sell the car or give it to a family member the fresh mats will add to the look. $40 is a no brainer. Thank you! |

Long story short these wheels were in bad shape when I got them, from the salty roads during the snowy times in Canada. I plan on getting new wheels but I thought for under $150 I can restore these wheels and have another set! I sanded off the old clear coat and black paint then fixed the curb rash from the previous owner. Im not a big fan of the Konig brand engraved into the spoke, so I bondo filled the engraved Kong lettering for a flat finish. This took a lot of time but I think if you love cars and DIY project, you got to paint wheels at least once in your lifetime. :wiggle: |
Great work! They look really good!
