I just dont see it...why wont a 08 exhaust fit?

Im at work and checking out the parts catalogs.....and I swear I do not see what the B pipe from an 08 will not fit an 09?

Further Ive compared pics and I dont see why with perhaps a little tweaking a whole exhaust wont fit either?

Anyone?
