DIY Fuel Line upgrade to Goodridge 910Series PTFE with Aramid(Kevlar) reinforced hose

11 Attachment(s)
I finally have time to upgrade my fuel line from the firewall to fuel rail with Goodridge 910 Series PTFE with Aramid (Kevlar) reinforced hose.

I was using slightly modified rubber hose from Sprintex Supercharger kit but I feel that this rubber hose from Sprintex is not good enough.

My goal is also to be able to reattached the Earl's Mechanical Fuel Pressure Gauge plus install the adapter for the future Defi Electronic Fuel Pressure Sensor.

Here is the modified Sprintex hose that is going to be replaced:

Here are the picture of some of parts needed:
https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/atta...ine=1483148798

Here are the list of parts needed and I will list the parts from one end to the other.
I start with the part that connect to the firewall outlet to
The stock OEM EFI Quick Disconnect at Firewall is ¼” and only Russell made the Quick Disconnect, Part# 641300(Blue Anodized) or 641303(Black Anodized)
Here is the picture:

Connect the above with:
Goodridge 811 Aluminum 6AN Forged 90 Degree Hose End for 811 or 910 Hose

Then connect it with:

Goodridge 910-06 6AN PTFE with Aramid (Kevlar) Fiber Reinforced Hose (length needed about 1 meter / 3 feet)
Here is the picture:

On the other end use this:

Goodridge 811 Aluminum 6AN Straight Hose End for 811 and 910 Hose

Here is the picture of the hose while being assembled:

https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/atta...ine=1483148798

Then you will need:
Earls AT921106ERL Earls 90 Degree -6 AN Male to -6 AN Female Swivel
here is the picture:
https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/atta...ine=1483148798

Which will connect to:
Earls AT926106ERL Earls -6 AN Tee - Female Swivel On Run

On the straight end of the Tee fitting above, you will directly connect it to
EARL’s AT991965ERL EFI Quick Disconnect QD -6AN Male to 5/16” for Fuel Rail which will plug in directly to the fuel rail
here is the picture:
https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/atta...ine=1483148798

On the Tee end of the Tee fitting, it will goes to
EARL’s AT100199ERL Fuel Pressure Gauge Adapter -6AN Female to -6AN Male to 1/8”NPT, then you need to plug the 1/8"NPT holes
with
Earl's AT593202ERL 1/8" NPT Internal Plug to plug the 1/8"NPT sensor holes until I am ready to install the Defi Electronic Fuel Pressure Sensor for now until you connect the Defi Fuel Pressure sensor. Don't forget to use PTFE tape for the 1/8"NPT thread.

Then you will connect the straight end of the above part to
Earls AT916162ERL Straight -6 AN Swivel to 1/8" Male NPT

Which will connect to:
Earl's AT991001ERL 1/8" NPT to 1/8" NPT Female Coupling

and finally the last part to connect is EARL’s 100187ERL 100Psi Pressure GaugeFinal connection:

And now you have UPGRADED Fuel Line with Analog Pressure gauge and ready for future upgrade for Defi Electronic Fuel Pressure Gauge sensor :D

note: you still need to buy 1/8npt to 1/8BSPT (PT) thread for the Defi Sensor and I use this part:
Earls 968699ERL Straight Adapter 1/8" NPT Male to 1/8" BSPT Male
