GE8 - Use steering audio control with aftermarket audio!!!

Not sure if this item has been posted here, but I thought some of you would benefit from this:

Allows to control the aftermarket audio units with HONDA optional steering wheel control units.

The buttons itself come with the kit, so for those of you that don't have NAV, you are covered too.

Why doesnt this come stock on the fit? Will this work for the stock audio unit?

unfortunately, I believe this is only for aftermarket units.
