Question 2011 Fit - Piece of shielding fell of my car

Hello,
Just had a quick question.
This looks like it might be heat shielding for a catalytic converter.
I was driving home today from work and I heard some rattling or scratching sounds. I pulled into my driveway and I saw this metal piece lying there.

Does anyone know what it is and how important it is for me to replace it?

Thank you for your help!
Kind regards,
Chuck

Personally, I would not replace it.

But don't park on tall grass or it could catch fire from the heat.

From hondapartsnow.com, #3 in diagram. Looks to be heat shield to ground not to cabin ( just a guess on my part). I wouldn't park on dry grass without it.

Thank you!
I will crawl under there this weekend and see if I can even re-mount a new part.
$40 is not too bad, but if I have to do a bunch of cutting and rigging to get the heat shield in then I am going to just let it be.

I live in Michigan where it is pretty much humid if its not snowing lol.
