This motor is of Euro R k20 which has power steering.so no issue at all.and about wiring we used civic si ECu and wiring as it comes with k-series and has ECU gen like Honda Fit.so wiring is easy.you dont even have to change a thing in ECU plugs B and C.just few wires in Plug A.
and yes it was blast to drive when simple k20R was in.now its scarry fast with k24/20 combo.I am on 225/25/17 Nitto neo gens on Buddy club F91 Kuroki Rims and i can break traction when ever i want

Yes it will fit as i have no problem with my splash scheilds as oil pan of k20 sits high in Honda Fit as our engine bay is taller(but smaller).

Cool thank you for the info. Ground clearances were a big factor with K-swaps in EG's and EK's ( even with the V2 Hasports mounts).
I had feeling the civic si k20z's and the wiring would be the easiest (not cheapest) way to do a K-swap in the fits. Since the FD2's and Fits share a good amount of the same FBW set up and how the Speedos are set up. As well as the USDM radiators are almost the same, power steering, fuel pump, exhaust manifold/ cat angle, etc...
Great vids, looks like you have fun in your car.

Well, its been decided; I'm not going to do a front sway bar. I will upgrade the bushings. I feel the factory 23mm front and the 16mm rear is a good F/R combo for street driving, with some spirited driving mixed in. If some day the fit becomes the project weekend car, then I'll finish it off with front pillow mounts, sway bar and some spherical bushings/ solid bushings. For the street and family, its perfect for me now. soooooooo, under panel here I come!

Maybe just sleep on this one a bit, nothing wrong with buying a reliable and safe car and modding it here and there.

My $0.02
Your concerns are valid, this will be light street/mostly track. Picking up a beater 300zx as my daily.

How? Don't make accusations without a valid explanation.

Reclining seats and a roll bar/cage don't mix. The seats are made to fold/break in a crash. Which would be terrible since there's a fat metal bar waiting for your skull. Look up submarining and 4 point harnesses.

Alright. My bad for buying a built car with reclining seats and a roll bar pre-installed. My bad. Back to topic like Ryu said?

Those seats are not going to be FIA certified or something like a TUV certified. Thus wouldn't use.

Those seat belts are probably expired & four point is pretty much the worst of all worlds.

A bolt-in roll bar won't really do you any good. And becomes a safety hazard unless helmeted.

It is a bad idea. I'm honestly looking out for your safety. I am very guilty of falling for an idea without considering the potential drawbacks & would like to help prevent others from falling into those same mistakes.

@ryu, I've mellowed a fair bit over the years. Working to improve myself in the real world has hopefully translated into the web a bit too haha

Not necessarily all today but this week... I hope that is ok.

plastidiped diffuser and changed knob & boot for more sport. I also adjusted the valves then hit the front plastics and headlights with spray paint.

the longer wiper blade goes on the driver side. The smaller blade goes on the passenger side.
